2008 ASCO Poster Presentations

Two phase I studies of PR-104 will be presented at the 2008 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meetings that will be held in Chicago, May 31 – June 3, 2008. The posters will be available for viewing as a pdf immediately following presentation at the ASCO meetings.

A phase I pharmacokinetic study of PR-104, a hypoxia–activated nitrogen mustard prodrug, in patients with solid tumors.

Phase Ib study of PR-104, a hypoxia–activated alkylating agent, in combination with gemcitabine or docetaxel in patients with advanced cancer.
