Proacta's lead compound PR-104 is a small-molecule prodrug that can utilize the uniqueness of hypoxia as a marker in tumor selection.

PR-104 is has been shown pre clinically to have activity when used alone, and in improving the outcome of current treatment regimens, including radiation and chemotherapy. It is currently in Phase I and Phase II trials in the United States and New Zealand.

Proacta's second compound, also a small-molecule prodrug, is currently in the Lead Optimization stage.Back to top
